Payments & Refunds
All bookings are final once payment is confirmed. Cancellations are non-refundable. If your plans change, you may reschedule your booking under the terms below.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking as many times as needed, subject to court availability.

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your booking’s scheduled start time.

Severe Weather & Facility Closures
If severe weather or an emergency facility closure prevents your session from taking place, we will contact you to arrange an alternative available time. No refund will be issued.

Safety & Player Responsibility
Playing padel involves risks, including the possibility of injury. Players are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate, using courts and equipment correctly, and following safety rules and staff instructions.

Liability & Personal Belongings
Players are responsible for looking after their personal belongings. We recommend keeping valuables with you and avoiding leaving them unattended.
To the extent permitted by law, the club is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Booking, Payment & Arrival

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.

Bookings are non-refundable under our Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, except where required by law.

Court time starts and ends at the scheduled booking times. Late arrival does not entitle you to additional playing time.

Your booking may be cancelled without a refund if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

Breaching these rules may result in play being stopped, your booking being terminated, and removal from the facility without a refund, subject to applicable law.

Photography or video recording may take place during certain events. Participants will be informed when this occurs.

Enquiries & Complaints
Please report any issue to staff promptly so we have an opportunity to address it during your visit.
For complaints requiring follow-up, please call us and a description of the issue, preferably within 48 hours of the incident, to help us review it.
We will review your complaint and contact you about the outcome. This process does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
